In What Does Being Naked Mean to Me? on Nude, Renewed, Mark gives his answer to the questions “What does being naked mean to you? What does it feel like emotionally for you to be naked?”
His answer echoes many of my own ideas on what it means and how it feels to be nude. I’m sure many other nudists and naturists feel the same.
“I’ve always thought that the ultimate goal of naturism should be to change society so that naturism no longer needs to exist; so that nudity is acceptable enough that it no longer needs to be defended. We’re not there.” — Nude, Renewed
This is why we fight is another thoughtful article by Nude, Renewed.

The Emerging Nudist has recently posted a series of articles discussing nudism as a cultural-political movement. He ultimately concludes that nudism lacks many of the elements that such movements require to be successful and may be essential to making nudism more mainstream and socially acceptable.
Alanis says even her parents share her habit of discarding their clothes at home. She added: "We all walked around naked when it was appropriate, there wasn't a lot of shame to it."
