I don't understand why Amazon in Europe, Canada and Japan don't list the book or claim it's unavailable, since it's POD ("print on demand") and Amazon owns the company (Booksurge) that prints it. In my opinion, the book is interesting, at times exciting, and often quite amusing, and there are plenty of English-reading people in all those countries (especially the UK and Canada) who would enjoy the heck out of the book. Aren't there any POD facilities in those countries, and is Amazon incapable of swinging a deal with them? Sheesh! By the way, at one point the sleuth analyzes the second amendment and agrees with court decisions up to yesterday (2008, June26), but the US supreme court just decided to ignore part of her analysis. So the book just became a historical mystery, besides all its other virtues.
